  • Ms. Shutters has been with Whirley Industries for 13 years in the Food Packaging industry and has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of quality.
  • In 2015, Ms. Shutters earned her HACCP certificate and became a certified Advanced Safe Quality Food (SQF) Practitioner. Ms. Shutters led the team at Whirley Industries to be SQF Certified, which is a GFSI recognized scheme.

  • William Weil is a project manager, software designer, marketer, and serial entrepreneur.
  • He has architected and/or project managed large and small software projects for companies like UPMC, BancoBradesco, LovePong International, Class-G, Medibuy, and more.
  • Mr. Weil oversees most of the technical and marketing aspects of CleanRated, with an eye to usability, user-friendliness, completeness, and effectiveness.
  • Originally a magna cum laude English major, he earned a Master’s in Computer Science in 1985.
  • Mr. Weil is the President of Webburgh, Inc. and LovePong International, Inc., and the founding Vice President of Pittsburgh Pathwork, Inc.

David W. Lippy

  • David began his professional career as a Legislative Assistant in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives while attending Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
  • Lippy’s consulting career began by working on classified projects for the United States Air Force at the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, California.
  • Currently David is the managing partner of Effective Global Communications, a solutions oriented marketing company managing the digital footprint for a wide variety of clients.
  • David founded a consulting firm in Boston that performed consulting engagements in the U.S. and Europe with offices in Japan, Germany, Italy and Israel. Clients included every major aerospace and defense contractor in the United States.
  • David has consulted to the U.S. Defense Department, the White House, National Security Council, U.S. Department of State and NASA.
  • David earned his Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and his Master’s from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, a joint degree program between Harvard and Tufts University in Boston. David did his post graduate work at Harvard.
  • David’s non-profit work includes SafeKids International, Help Handicapped International, Brother’s Brother, The Israel Tennis & Education Centers, and Oceanites.
